Winter is on it's way, the summer has taken it's toll on our skin. Time to sit back and relax in a tub filled with some of the finest salts from around the World. Our skin is one of the largest organs we have, toxins are easily absorbed through the skin. Amazingly, our skin has the ability to eliminate toxins from our bodies also. With this in mind, a regenerating bath soak is always a treat.
Free Natural Recipe Bath Salt
1/4 cup Course Dead Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Fine Dead Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 Cup Epsom Salt
20 drops of your favorite essential oil (lavender makes a wonderfully relaxing bath)
Combine salts, add 20 drops of your favorite essential oil, mix well, place in a covered container. Use approximately 1/2 cup in your warm bath and enjoy.

Thanks for posting the recipe and procedure on how to do our own bath salts.Dead Sea salt also treats acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, dandruff, scabies and seborrhea. Dead Sea salts are also effective in combating hair loss, water retention, and cellulite. :)
